Chinedu Ikedieze is one of those Nollywood actors who achieved success in his career despite his physical appearance. In this article, we will be looking at how he achieved success and made it to fame despite his physical stature.

Nollywood actor, Chinedu Ikedieze popularly known as "Aki" is one of the most popular Nigerian actors. He is currently 43 years old and can boast of being one of the most successful comic actors in the industry.

However, there is a little catch to Chinedu's success story, despite the fame and achievements he enjoys today. In the beginning, he struggled to break through the Nigerian movie industry because of his height. Chinedu Ikedieze stood at 4ft and 3inches.

In 2000, Chinedu Ikedieze found himself playing minor roles in Nollywood movies, however, the issue with his height soon became a gift as Chinedu Ikedieze went on to take major roles in movies between 2000 and 2001. In 2002, Chinedu was rising fast as one of the funniest Nigerian actors.

Due to his height, from 2003, Chinedu Ikedieze became known for playing children roles in movies, this got more attention after Chinedu Ikedieze formed a duo with Nigerian actor Osita Iheme popularly known as Pawpaw.

The big breakthrough of Chinedu Ikedieze came after he starred in the movie titled "Aki Na Ukwa" He and his friend Osita Iheme became renowned with the nickname "Aki and Pawpaw". Ever since then, Osita Iheme went on to act in several movies alongside Chinedu Ikedieze. The 43-year-old has acted in over 150 movies and has won several awards.
