Chinedu Bernard Nwankwo, a Nollywood actress, was pronounced dead at Enugu State's East Side Hospital after collapsing while cleaning the Chapel of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in the Federal Housing area.

Reverend Father Uchendu Chukwuma and some parishioners reportedly took her to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead, according to reports.

According to one of the parishioners' Facebook posts, efforts were being made to contact her family members before her body was deposited in the mortuary.
