Owning a house has been considered to be the best form of security as well as the best way to build wealth and numerous Nigerian stars no doubt took advantage of the opportunity to expand their portfolio this year. We are in the second quarter of 2022 and already four celebrities have taken the smart route to become landlords/ladies;
1- Sina Rambo
Sina Adeleke popularly known as Sina Rambo is a Nigerian artiste and cousin to music star Davido. The singer who has been inactive in the music industry for sometime now was the first celebrity to unveil a new house this year. on January 3rd, he took to his Instagram account to share photos of the new home along with a new exotic car with the caption "New Yard, New Year Just Started And God Already Showing Off".
2- Davido
After his cousin Sina Rambo announced his new crib in Lagos, Davido became the second Nigerian personality to unveil another real estate in the country. His new mansion which is located in Banana Island, Lagos state reportedly cost the singer $1.2 million. The father of three now spends most of his time there especially whenever he is in the country.
According to reports, he bought 4 television sets for the house and each was worth N17 million.
3- Laide Bakare
Last month, popular Nigerian Nollywood yoruba actress and movie producer Laide Bakare became a landlady. The movie star shared the good news of her achievement with fans on social media. Taking to her Instagram page, Bakare posted a video of the new mansion as it was under construction. Later on, she posted photos of the house in Lekki, fully built and furnished.
4- DJ BIG N
Nonso Temisan Ajufo known professionally known as DJ Big N is a Nigerian hip hop Disc Jockey currently signed to Mavin Records.
Earlier today, DJ BIG N celebrated his birthday by unveiling a new house and car he just bought. In his caption he said "Happy Birthday To Me, Bought Another House and another Car. God Has Truly Been Good To Me".
