Love they say is blind as so many couple rarely expect to fall in love until they find out it’s beyond them and this post will focus on Nollywood actors who fell in love by chance. It might be rare for people in the corporate world to be in a relationship because it is largely frowned upon but in Nollywood, things are very different as there are many actors who took their ‘on-screen’ love into the real world. 1. Joke Silva and Olu Jacobs

Joke Silva and Olu Jacobs are one of the Nollywood actors who are married to each other. Jacobs has made his mark in Nigeria's movie industry, Nollywood. With more than 40 years acting experience, he is seen as a bridge between the old and new breed of actors. Trained at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, England, he worked with various repertoire theatres in Britain and starred in some international movies. Jacobs is married to Nollywood actress Joke Silva since 1989. They have children. Joke Silva, MFR is a Nigerian actress, director, and businesswoman.

2. Tolulope Adesua Etomi-Wellington and Bankole Wellington aka Banky W

Olubankole Wellington, popularly known by his stage name Banky W and credited in film as Banky Wellington, is a Nigerian-American singer, rapper, actor, entrepreneur and politician. Tolulope Adesua Etomi-Wellington professionally known as Adesua Etomi is a Nigerian actress. In 2014, she starred in her first feature film Knocking On Heaven's Door. She won the Best Actress in a Drama award at the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards for her role in the 2015 romantic drama film Falling.

Etomi got engaged to Banky W in February 2017. The couple held their traditional marriage on 19 November, court wedding on 20 November and white wedding on 25 November 2017; the latter ceremony was held in Cape Town, South Africa. In early January 2021, Adesua and Banky W had a son named Hazaiah Wellington.

On 5 April 2021, Adesua and Banky shared the never-before heard story of their marriage titled Final Say Faith. This story was shared in the Waterbrook church.

3. Ibrahim Suleiman and Linda Ejiofor

Linda Ejiofor is a Nigerian actress and model from Abia state known for her role as Bimpe Adekoya in M-Net's TV series Tinsel. She was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the 9th Africa Movie Academy Awards for her role in the film The Meeting (2012). Tony Ogaga Erhariefe of The Sun Nigeria listed her as one of the ten fastest-rising Nollywood stars of 2013. She gave birth to her first child, a boy.

On 4 November 2018, she announced her engagement to Tinsel actor Ibrahim Suleiman and married him four days later.

4. Bimpe Oyebade and Lateef Adedimeji

Adetola Abdullateef Adedimeji is a Nigerian actor and filmmaker. He gained popularity with his first major role in Yewande Adekoya's 2013 movie titled Kudi Klepto, and has acted in over 100 Nigerian movies since he began acting 15 years ago. He is currently a brand ambassador for Airtel and Numatville Megacity.

On 18th December, 2021, Adedimeji wedded his partner, Oyebade Adebimpe in a colourful style.
