The news of the death of Rachel Oniga came as a surprise to most Nigerian entertainers and entertainment fans as no one expected the sudden death of the movie star. She is one of the actresses that contributed and made Nollywood what it is today. She died at the age of 64 after suffering from a brief illness.

Legendary Nollywood actor, Bruno Iwuoha suffered from diabetes for several years before he died on Friday, April 10, 2021. His legacy still lives in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

Olanrewaju Fasasi famously known as Sound Sultan was a Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter, and recording artist. He was one of the pioneers of modern hip-hop music in Nigeria. The multi-talented artist died in 2021 at age of 44 after battling cancer.
