Rita is undoubtedly one of the most influential actresses in Nollywood. Her full name is Rita Uchenna Nkem Dominic Nwaturocha. She was born on 12th July 1975 and is currently 45 years old.
She is from a royal family in Imo state, the last child of four children and was born to medical practitioners. She studied at Federal Government College Ikot Ekpene before she proceeded to the University of Port Harcourt where she graduated with a degree in Theatre Arts in 1999. She started performing as a child and after her first movie, "A Time to Kill" she won her first award in 2004 and since then, she has received so many awards and has starred in over 100 movies.
She is not only known for her movies, but is also a fashion icon as she looks very gorgeous in any outfit she wears.
